Kundalini Yoga is a blend of chanting, mediation and physical control with yoga poses for the expression of power and energy. At the end of each class you are left feeling like you’ve conquered your emotions, mind & body. Talk about killing two birds with one stone. This ancient practice, based on an exact science will be like going to therapy, working out at the gym, and still feeling the peace that comes from being on the yoga mat. The purpose of Kundalini Yoga is to create a space for each practitioner to achieve their maximum creative potential in order to experience a deep internal awakening.  In this 6 week beginners series you will be introduced to this beautiful form of yoga & enjoy the experience of getting to know yourself deeply 🙂

Times: 7:30 – 9:00 (Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts)
