Unlock Your Inner Balance and Spiritual Harmony

Are you seeking a transformative journey that brings balance to your mind, body, and soul? Look no further! Join our 7-week Chakra Yoga and Meditation Program, where ancient wisdom meets modern practices to help you discover the power within your chakras.

About the Program

The Chakra Yoga and Meditation Program is a comprehensive and immersive experience designed to explore and activate the seven chakras within your energy system. Each week, we will focus on a specific chakra, aligning it to promote emotional healing, physical well-being, and spiritual growth.

What are Chakras?

Chakras are the energy centers within our bodies, representing different aspects of our lives, emotions, and consciousness. When these chakras are balanced and flowing, we experience vitality, creativity, and joy. However, when they are blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort.

What to expect?

During this 7-week journey, you will embark on a profound exploration of the seven chakras, each representing a key aspect of your being. By dedicating one week to each chakra, we create an immersive experience that allows for a deep dive into its qualities and how it influences your life. Through a carefully curated sequence of yoga asanas, targeted breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and specialized meditations, you will:

Week 1: Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Establish a strong foundation and connect with the earth’s grounding energy to feel secure and stable. Ground yourself, release fear and anxiety, and develop a sense of belonging.

Week 2: Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Awaken your passion and creativity by tapping into the energy of this chakra. Embrace your sensuality, ignite your creative spark, and connect with your emotional depth.

Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Build self-confidence and personal power, empowering yourself to embrace challenges. Cultivate inner strength, overcome self-doubt, and ignite the fire within.

Week 4: Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Open your heart to love, compassion, and forgiveness, fostering deeper connections with yourself and others. Heal past wounds, cultivate self-love, and radiate love to the world around you.

Week 5: Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Find your voice and authentic expression, allowing your truth to be heard and understood. Enhance communication, express yourself authentically, and speak your innermost truth.

Week 6: Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Enhance your intuition and gain clarity, accessing profound insights and wisdom. Develop inner guidance, expand your awareness, and trust your intuition.

Week 7: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Experience spiritual transcendence and higher consciousness, connecting with the divine. Awaken your spiritual potential and experience a sense of unity with the universe.

About Your Teacher: Kelly Lynch

Hi lovelies! My name is Kelly Lynch.
I’m a passionate dancing and yoga teacher, as well as the owner of The Art of Movement. My yoga journey began when I was 14, when I attended my first meditation course. I fell in love instantly with meditation and everything it has to offer. About two years later, I began a daily hatha yoga practice at 5:30am before heading to school. Once heading to University to study English Literature & Philosophy, I started exploring the world of Vinyasa yoga and eventually Ashtanga yoga which I fell in love with. My yoga journey eventually led me to practicing Jivamukti, Sivananda & Yin Yoga. Once I started teaching full-time (about 12 years ago), I dove into a pranayama practice (yogic breathing), and immersed myself in the ancient yogic philosophies, and again fell in love with it all.
Overall, I am passionate about everything yoga, from the philosophies, to the asanas, to the meditation. They have all made a massive impact on my life & I wish to share the yogic way with all of the souls that cross my path

Space is limited to 15 students.
