What is hatha yoga?
Hatha yoga is considered a gentle yoga practice that is perfect for beginners. However, even though it is gentle, it can still be an enjoyable physical and mental challenge.
 
What is pranayama?
Pranayama is the practice of a series of breathing exercises that are done with the intention of clearing physical and emotional obstacles in our body.
 
What is a guided meditation?
For the duration of the morning, we will guide you through 3 beautiful yoga practices designed to carry you to deep levels of relaxation where true rest & healing can be achieved.
